OH&S Regulations For Skin Protection
As written in the Canadian Occupation Safety and Health Regulations, Part II Skin Protection: 12.9 Where there is a hazard of injury or disease to or through the skin in a workplace, the employer shall provide every person granted access to the workplace:
- A shield or screen.
- A CREAM TO PROTECT THE SKIN, or
- An appropriate body covering.
