Open-cell foam dressings retain the hydrogel for extended relief. The open-cell design allows heat to dissipate through the dressing. The perfect tensile strength of the dressings withstands abuse, pulling, and shaping but allows the user to rip the dressing as desired to perfectly conform to tricky wounds or to reshape.
