Account Manager/Sales Representative – GTA & Central Ontario (Mississauga, Kincardine, Huntsville to Brockville, all points in between). 

 

We are looking for an AMBITIOUS AND ENERGETIC individual to join our Outside Sales Team as a Sales Rep for the GTA & Central Ontario – Industrial Channel. The territory has experienced growth yearly and has potential to grow exponentially with the right person. Ideal Candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 Years Selling Experience in the Industrial/Construction/Safety Market and be centrally located in the GTA or Central Ontario Main.

 

Responsibilities

 

Organizational Responsibilities

 

· Work within company programs and policies

· Fulfill sales performance expectations

· Fulfill yearly business increase expectations

 

Business Management Responsibilities

 

· Distribution processes management

· Distribution and End User personnel training

· Distribution Inventory control involvement and assistance

· Creativity and continuous learning

· Conscious Selling Approach – Pre-planning call activities

· Hunting for new End User Opportunities

· Involvement during the sale

· Product demonstration

· Closing the sale

· Post-call planning, Follow Up & logging activities into CRM

· Excellent Communication Skills

· Organizational Skills

· A current driver’s license

· Ability to reason

· Working knowledge of industrial distribution and distributors in the territory is definite asset

· Experience in Health, Safety and Personal Protection Equipment is a definite asset
